Job Description
Manage relationships with our eCommerce clients to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and retention of our SaaS platform. Provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, and gather customer feedback to improve the product and service experience.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce
Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
